Eva B. Cruz, Ph.D.

President and Principal Consultant

Dr. Cruz has a Ph.D. in Engineering - with specialization in advanced modeling, control and optimization techniques - as well as an MBA degree, and over 15 years of professional experience.
She is certified as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, with experience in project management, coaching and facilitation of DFSS and DMAIC improvement projects, and application of advanced statistical techniques in Quality Management.
Her experience as a consultant covers multiple industries, including minerals processing, oil, financial services, consumer banking, and nonprofit industries.
She has Risk Management expertise in the areas of credit risk measurement, analytics, reporting, modeling and forecasting. Currently, she is a GARP FRM (Financial Risk Manager) Certification Candidate.
